Ap Euro Martin Luther Conservative or Revolutionary Essay
Martin Luther was probably the best priest, clerics, and religious instructors of Germany, alongside being the image of the Protestant Reformation. He didn't begin so strict in any case. One day he was trapped in a startling and hazardous tempest. He petitioned God asking not to be slaughtered, and promised to turn into a priest on the off chance that he endure. He did live, maintaining his statement to the master, and joined a religious community. He joined an Augustinian friary in 1505, where he experienced anfechtung, or otherworldly uneasiness. He couldn't be sure whether he was doing what's necessary benevolent acts to accomplish salvation and get access to the realm of paradise, as it was accepted by the Catholic religion that it took acts of kindness alongside confidence so as to enter. To remove his psyche from his strict concerns, he was prescribed to a showing post at the University of Wittenberg. There, he showed religious philosophy and was very famous among his understud ies. Luther experienced steady clogging, so he regularly read the good book while on the latrine. At some point while doing this a specific entry from the epistle of St. Paul to the Romans: ââ¬Å"the just will live by faith,â⬠which prompted Lutherââ¬â¢s center conviction of sola fide, or confidence alone. Through this conviction, Luther accepted that the main thing expected to accomplish salvation was to live by confidence alone, which tested the Roman Catholic Churchââ¬â¢s philosophy that both confidence and acts of kindness were important. Luther imparted his convictions to the individuals of the Holy Roman Empire, requesting change to the manner in which religious philosophy was generally educated. He concurred with parts of the current lessons and was preservationist, needing to keep portions of the religion the equivalent. He kept the holy observances, anyway decreased the measure of them from 7 to 2. He was additionally similar to numerous Roman Catholic strict figures, hostile to Semitic. Lutheranism, as his religion came to be called, turned out to be progres sively accommodating to the state too. Anyway Luther additionally had numerous progressive thoughts, which maddened those of the RCC. In light of the political issues, he wished to get rid of the procedure of guilty pleasures, which were close to bits of paper in his eyes as works had nothing to do with salvation. His nailing of the 95 Theses profoundly rankled the congregation specialists, as it conflicted with all that they educated and accept. Anyway in his reaction to the social issue of the Peasantââ¬â¢s Revolt, he advised the rulers to pound the individuals who revolted, as social upheaval was not his goal. After cautious assessment, Martin Luther has demonstrated to be both a progressive just as a moderate. Luther substantiated himself consistently of his progressive way to deal with religion. His best case of this was the 95 Theses. Johann Tetzel, a German Roman Catholic minister, was selling a costly guilty pleasure as a gathering pledges thought of Pope Leo X to fund th e structure of St. Diminishes basilica. At the point when one of Lutherââ¬â¢s parishioners came to admission, he introduced an extravagance he had paid for, guaranteeing he no longer needed to apologize of his wrongdoings, since the archive vowed to pardon every one of his transgressions. Luther was offended, and reviewed the Ninety-Five Theses, fighting the offer of guilty pleasures, which he continued to nail to the entryway of All Saintsââ¬â¢ Church in Wittenberg Germany. He did this on a significant Catholic occasion, All Saints Day, which struck at the center of the Catholic religion. The most noticeable, testing, and notable was Theses 86 which read ââ¬Å"Why does the pope, whose riches today is more prominent than the abundance of the most extravagant Crassus, construct the basilica of Saint Peter with the cash of poor devotees instead of with his own money?â⬠He said guilty pleasures didn't do what the Church said it did in light of the fact that salvation was conceded by sola fide. The thoughts in the Ninety-Five Theses immediately spread all through Europe by means of the moveable kind print machine. Some other time Luther occupied with progressive activities was at The Disputation at Leipzig. He was welcome to partake in the Church-supported discussion, as the Church needed a discourse concerning Lutherââ¬â¢s difficulties to Catholic teaching and practices. RCC pioneers at Leipzig pronounced that Lutherââ¬â¢s thoughts weren't right in light of the fact that the pope and Church conventions couldn't not be right. Luther at that point stunned everybody, precluding the authority from claiming the pope and church gatherings. He pronounced that the main expert on issues of confidence for Christians was the Bible. He said that sola scriptura, or sacred text alone, decided the conviction of Christians, not the lessons of the Pope. Upon the finish of the gathering at Leipzig, Luther was compromised with an ecclesiastical bull of suspension, which he consumed in fight. Luther likewise demonstrated progressive thought at the Diet of Worms. He was called to go to by Charles V, the as of late chosen Holy Roman Emperor. At the get together, Luther was inquired as to whether he had composed the ââ¬Å"Ninety-Five Theses,â⬠ââ¬Å"The Address to the Christian Nobility,â⬠ââ¬Å"The Babylonian Captivity of the Church,â⬠and different works. Luther acknowledged the allegations and recognized that he had kept in touch with them, and when requested to retract his thoughts or endure the outcomes, he mentioned per night to consider his choice. At the point when Luther restored the following day, he stood firm when inquired as to whether he would abjure and gladly announced ââ¬Å"Here I stand, I can do no other.â⬠Luther was then proclaimed an apostate and turned into a stamped man. Troops of Frederick the Elector safeguarded Luther and took him to safe covering up in Wartburg Castle, where he continued to make an interpretation of the Bible into the vernacular, which was profoundly against the lessons of the congregation and illicit. He likewise pronounced that priests and nuns were not committed to maintain their promises. Luther acted revolutionarily towards political strict issues, yet towards the social issues of the time too. The most notable was the Peasantsââ¬â¢ Revolt. Some strict pioneers wound and distorted Lutherââ¬â¢s thoughts to profit their own causes, with the most conspicuous being Thomas Mã ¼ntzer. They composed the ââ¬Å"Twelve Articlesâ⬠: a request of laborer requests and sent it to the Swabian League that called upon the Holy Roman Emperor to enable the proletariat to manage monetary and strict issues. At the point when Charles V overlooked the ââ¬Å"Twelve Articles,â⬠ministers drove by Mã ¼ntzer blended the majority to rebel against the aristocrats. Luther accepted the laborers were way off the mark, as he was stubbornly against blending strict renewal in with political and social insurgency. He disassociated himself with Mã ¼ntzer and the disgusting workers. He asked the sovereigns to cooperate to ââ¬Å"slaughter the swine,â⬠or the workers. He contended that strict subjects must be subordinate to their mainstream specialists. Luther substantiated himself a progressive again and again through numerous demonstrations all through his strict life. Despite the fact that Luther was a progressive, a considerable lot of his activities additionally direct a traditionalist methodology, needing to keep a few things the equivalent or even return to the manner in which they used to be. A significant message Luther conveyed was that acceptable Christians owed compliance to set up expert in common issues. Lutheranism saw the state with more regard than different religions. Lutheranism was significantly more accommodating to the state. He demanded that Christian freedom was an inside opportunity, known uniquely to God. Luther needed the congregation lessons to return to how they used to be, founded on sola scriptura or sacred writing alone, without the need of outside translation by the pope, religious administrators, abbots, and so forth. He was preservationist in that he made numerous unions with sovereigns who preferred his thoughts, spreading them to their own realms. He didnââ¬â¢t side with equipped uprisings, refering to his name, against the respectability in locales of Germany, rather he upheld the honorability, advising them to cooperate to ââ¬Å"slaughter the swine.â⬠He would not like to get rid of the ceremonies, anyway he wanted to decrease them from seven to two. This indicated how he would not like to change all pieces of the Roman Catholic religion, just parts. Additionally, as most strict figures of the time Martin Luther was hostile to Semitic. He needed all the Jewish individuals to change over to Lutheranism, as he didn't accept the Jewish religion was right in its lessons and convictions. He limited the privilege of private judgment in issues including inner voice, however never denied it. A traditionalist in the manner he got things done, Luther was really an incredible pioneer. Luther accepted that the main thing expected to accomplish salvation was to live by confidence alone, which tested the Roman Catholic Churchââ¬â¢s religious philosophy that both confidence and benevolent acts were essential. Luther imparted his convictions to the individuals of the Holy Roman Empire, requesting change to the manner in which religious philosophy was generally instructed. He concurred with parts of the current lessons and was moderate, needing to keep portions of the religion the equivalent. He kept the ceremonies, anyway decreased the measur e of them from 7 to 2. An enemy of Semitic, Luther showed similitudes with different strict authorities. Lutheranism turned out to be increasingly accommodating to the state, as Luther accepted that in common issues religion needs to tune in to power. Anyway Luther likewise had numerous progressive thoughts, which upset those of the RCC as it conflicted with the nuts and bolts of Roman Catholic lessons. Because of the political issues, he wished to get rid of the cash theft of the selling of guilty pleasures, which were close to bits of paper in his eyes as works had nothing to do with salvation. His nailing of the 95 Theses caused the intensity of the congregation specialists to change, as it conflicted with all that they trained their devotees and all that they had been educated.. Anyway in his reaction to the social issue of the Peasantââ¬â¢s Revolt, he advised the sovereigns to pound the individuals who revolted, as social upheaval was not his aim. The Bush and Saudi Connection and Ethics in Politics essays
The Bush and Saudi Connection and Ethics in Politics expositions A little while prior I was sitting in my little cell-like apartment viewing the dubious film, Fahrenheit 9/11. Incidentally, on the off chance that you have never observed the film, I do energetically suggest it. As I was viewing the film, an idea flew into my head like when you out of nowhere remember something you expected to recall however had completely overlooked. I knew right then this is the point that I ought to expound on for my last morals paper. I had contemplated on what subject to compose on previously yet nothing was coming. I realized that out of thirty individuals, similar subjects managing religion, youngster work, capital punishment, and premature birth would have been rehashed a few times and I wanted to exhaust the teacher. I truly needed to pick a point that was extraordinary. Thus, here it is, my point is on the subject of how moral our dear President has been. As indicated by dictionary.com, the meaning of morals is A lot of standards of right lead. A hypothesis or an arrangement of virtues, the investigation of the general idea of ethics and of the particular good decisions to be made by an individual; moral way of thinking. Here in the USA, in our own one of a kind government we can see flawed conduct in which most of Americans are uninformed. As I had recently expressed, I saw the dubious film, Fahrenheit 9/11, by Michael Moore that made got me question a portion of the announcements made in the film. I looked into the precision of these announcements and found a staggering measure of archives supporting the announcements on the Internet. Fahrenheit 9/11 is a film demonstrating the association President Bush and his dad, Bush senior, have to the Bin Laden family and Saudi oil. To clarify the association I do need to give some foundation data. During the 1980s, the United States helped the Saudis monetarily and militarily in a huge development of runways, ports, an... <!

Tort Law Legal Service Commission
Question: Describe about the Tort Law for Legal Service Commission. Answer: Issue: The given case is about two friends who had gone to attend a performance called as An Evening with Oprah with Oprah Winfrey. There was some ticketing issue with the box office and so the show was delayed by an hour. So to pass the time both of them went to a nearby bar and drank wine. But after the performance when they were going back home, Michelle was too drunk. Rebecca knew that Michelle was too drunk and cannot drive home. But still she let him drive and at the end he crashed the car. Due to the crash Rebecca was injured and she got some serious injuries including her broken leg. Now Rebecca wants to sue Michelle for her negligence. Rule: Negligence Tort is the most common type of Tort which is not deliverable actions but instead is present when an individual fails to act as a reasonable person to someone whom he owes a duty. To identify negligence one needs to satisfy and find the answers of the below four questions:(Legal Service Commission, 2016) Has the plaintiff suffered from any injury or damage? Injury or damage caused to the plaintiff was mainly due to the breach of duty of care? Has the defendant breached the duty of care? Has the defendant owed any duty of care to the plaintiff? If plaintiff wants to prove that the defendant was negligent in his duties then he has to prove all the questions mentioned above. If any of the questions is not present then negligence cannot be proved. Duty of Care: It is the responsibility of a person to perform his duty with reasonable care. If the risk of injury was reasonably foreseeable then the action will fail to meet the standard of care and breach of duty of care to ones neighbour.(Thomson Reutors, 2016) Breach of Duty of Care: a defendant would be held liable for duty if he is negligent in performing the duty which he owes to plaintiff. He breaches such a duty when he fails to exercise reasonable care in fulfilling the duty. Whether defendant has breached his duty or not will be decided by the jury.(David G. Owen, 2016) Causation: the losses which the plaintiff has suffered must be caused by the negligence act of the defendant. These losses need to be recoverable from the defendant. Plaintiff needs to prove that harm would not have occurred if the defendant was not negligent. He also needs to prove that defendants breach of duty has caused the harm.(Rottenstein Law Group, 2016) Contributory negligence: if the plaintiff is also careless about his own safety then in such situations court will apportion the negligence between the defendant and the plaintiff. Same was seen in the case of Imbree v McNeilly. Suppose if a person was careless in crossing the road and was hit by a car being driven carelessly then this would be regarded as his own fault since he was negligent.(Laws, 2016) Harm: it is a consequence of financial loss, bodily injury which is sustained from the breach of duty of care thereby enables the victim to recover appropriate damages.(Inc., 2016) Application: the provisions of Tort law of Negligence is applied in this case. How these provisions are applied is explained below in detail: Duty of Care: in the given case both Rebecca and Michelle were completely drunk but Rebecca was too drunk that she couldnt even drive the car properly. Rebecca was aware about this situation. Even though Michelle was drunk, she was driving the car. So now it was her responsibility to drove Rebecca home safely. She had to perform the duty of care in this scenario. The case is similar to the case of Klein v SBD Services Pty Ltd (2013). Breach of Duty of Care: Michelle had crashed the car due to which Rebecca was severally injured. She had injuries on her leg as well. Now since Michelle was driving the car, it was her responsibility to drive the car safely. But unfortunately she was so drunk that she had crashed the car. Rebecca was severally injured after the crash. This clearly shows that she had breached the duty of care. If she was drunk then she shouldnt have driven the car. Hence Michelle had failed to exercise reasonable care in fulfilling the duty. Causation: to prove that Michelle was negligent on her side Rebecca has to prove that she was negligent. Rebecca injured her leg very badly and now she had to spend money to treat it. The losses which Rebecca had to bare were only because of the negligence act of Michelle. If Michelle was careful while driving then this incident wouldnt have occurred. This clearly shows that since Michelle breached her duty of care Rebecca was very badly injured. This incident could have been avoided if both were travelling by cab instead of driving. Contributory Negligence: this would be considered only when the plaintiff himself was negligent about his own safety. In the current scenario Rebecca and Michelle both were drunk after the performance. Rebecca knew that Michelle was drunk and it would be difficult for her to drive the car, but still she didnt tell anything to her. This clearly shows that Rebecca herself was negligent about her own safety. If she was careful about her own safety then she should have stopped Michelle from driving the car. But unfortunately she allowed Michelle to drive the car and she had gone along with her. This shows that both Rebecca and Michelle were negligent in this case. Harm: The car crashed, Rebecca got injured and to treat it she had to spend money. This was the harm provided by Michelle to Rebecca. Defence: In her defence Michelle can clearly say that Rebecca too was negligent about her own safety because in spite of knowing that Michelle was drunk, she allowed her to drive the car. Conclusion: On the basis of the Provisions of Tort Negligence it is concluded that both Rebecca and Michelle was negligent in this case and so Rebecca wont be able to recover her losses from Michelle. Marina Bay Sand Resort free essay sample
Marina Bay Sand Resort located in Singapore is one of the outstanding skyscrapers building. It is one of a miracle building that billed as the worldââ¬â¢s most expensive standalone casino property at almost 8 billion. Marina Bay Sand Resort is a high standard building same as other miracle project such as the Palm Island in Dubai, the dynamic tower in Dubai and Moscow and Burj Khalifah in Dubai. Those are scenery that catches many people eyes. Marina Bay Sand Resort was originally open in 2009. It has 2561 room build in within the three skyscrapers building. Around the main buildings also have convection exhibition Centre, the Shoppeââ¬â¢s at Marina Sand Mall. A museum with unique design of the roof top, two large theatres, seven celebrity chef restaurant, floating crystal pavilions, ice skating rink and the world largest atrium casino with 500 tables and 1600 slot machines. To me, this great building could give such a great motivation to mankind as it is almost impractical building but still engineers can make them reality. We will write a custom essay sample on Marina Bay Sand Resort or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page Engineers are also human, same as us. It shows that. Nothing is impossible if there is a willing in our heart and willing from God. All people can create good things for the world. Marina Bay Sand Resort was design by Moshe Safdie, the world well-known architect that have design so many building with unique angle. Other major product by him is Mamilla Alvov Centre, Khalsa Heritage Memorial Complex, and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, Arkansas. But without money, the Marina Bay Sand will not become a reality. The man behind this project is Sheldon Adelson, one of the richest man and the CEO of Las Vegas sand cooperation. People said it was initially inspired by card decks. This is one of the world most complicated construction project and of course engineers, workers, and the architect himself will face some problems. Engineers involved must make not one but three skyscrapers that will installed a big skypark as big as an aircraft carrier on top of the buildings. Engineers have to devise ingenious solution to assemble a sixteen meters tall museum of impractical diamonds, installed ââ¬Ëgiant artworksââ¬â¢ and the floating pavilion for shopping and entertainment. Singapore is the smoothest Asian country that is small than New York city. The lack of space forces it to build its largest leisure and entertainment up to it with a small track of retained water front land. Series challenges lies in the array of building that form the unique complex. Three fifty seven story hotel towers slope in such a great angles, there are dangers of buckling under the overweight. And an even bigger problem is the hotel roof. It is almost 400 meters skypark where it is containing gardens, outdoors pools and the world largest casino. How are you going to installed an aircraft carrier 400 meters on top of the sky? Thatââ¬â¢s the problems they face. A 60 meters tall of science museum is designed for a maximum visual impact. To people eyes, it seems too impractical to construct this building. One problem they face is to build the pavilions in the water. On the ground, the engineers are more concern about the reality of building safety vision. The design of the building itself is very diverse from other building. The first and the most critical construction task are to secure the footprint since the site was originally allocated for boats. Beneath the retained land which is essentially sea ââ¬Å"thingsâ⬠is a dangerous marine clay. It is also known as black toothpaste. Marine clay has very poor structure properties. If it is not giving a complete respect, the unstable marine clay is potentially fatal. In 2004, Singaporeans discovered the lethal consequences. A routine excavation in an underground tunnels for the mass rapid transit network causes a collapse. It creates a gaping hole in the middle highway and killing 4 workers. Therefore to combat marine clay/ engineers decide to build giant concrete wall to create a stability parameters from the larger building. It is known as a diaphragm wall. After 1. 5 thick, a diaphragm wall, a steel reinforced concrete sections was secure 50meters into the ground. They form watertight in closers for men and machines to work around the globe. 16500 workers was hired. This is very huge number of workers and need a big amount of penny to paid them. They also have to struggle at the congested site, where the flow of lorry have to be monitored in order to give space for construction. The Marina bay Sand could be one of the world most expensive mistakes if engineers canââ¬â¢t solve the problematic structure. One of the engineers V. C Chiong comes with the solutions to formulate a solution to use bridge technology to prop the sloping edge as the building configuration is not straight tower with sloping leg. So all the sloping leg is inducing huge external forces into the structure and can create dangerous. When they are about to begin construction, a bombshell drops. September 2008, a global financial crisis wreaked havoc on market. The flow of hundred millions of dollars they keep on the Marina Bay project going every month suddenly stops. But the man behind the project, Sheldon Adelson pledges his vast personal wealth to the completion of the project. Next is the crystal pavilion, the resort premier shopping and entertainment complexes. But before engineers can makes them reality, again they have to secure the footprint and the major obstacle threatens to sink their objectives. The crystal pavilions and the situated within the confine of marina bay. So to build it, engineers have to find a way to build in 6 meters of water. To keep water out from the construction site, only one solution seems to be useful that is a waterproof steel structure called a confidant. This temporary formation surround the work side with circle of steel sheet pipe creating an impenetrable shield that logs out the water. Next is the whether problem. Typhoon may hit the Asian country. When this happen, typhoon force winds could spell disaster for the hotel talent with force of the windd. The strong wind can make the building swing dangerously causing irreparable damage to the structure of the building. In order to avoid this from happen, they have to install a movement joint. A movement joints are essentially gap located in between the concrete towers. The lesson from the story I have choose promote the quote saying that ââ¬Å" if there is a will, there is a wayâ⬠. If we have the determination to do something, we can always find the path or method to do it. The problem with these proverbs, however, is that although they may represent the Truth, they fail to carry the force of the Truth because weââ¬â¢ve spent so much time learning to ignore them. Over time, our denial of the truth in these proverbs have reduced them to nothing more thanà lifeless cliches. From this skypark building, with ingenious design solution and to survive the most critical financial crisis has the good finishing upon the result. Now Singapore is already marveling at the team attend behind one of the world most ambitious building project. In just 3 years engineers overcome seemingly impossible construction challenges. Other than that, an age is not a matter for us to create or to build a new idea from technology or architecture prospect. To create idea we have to learn more, we have to travel more. And the most important things is, to get a new idea, we have to be wise. To be wise, we have to mingle around with wise people.

4 Teaching Philosophy Statement Examples
4 Teaching Philosophy Statement Examples An educational philosophy statement or teaching philosophy statement is a brief essay that all nearly prospective teachers are required to write. Vanderbilt University explains: A teaching (philosophy) statement is a purposeful and reflective essay about the authorââ¬â¢s teaching beliefs and practices. It is an individual narrative that includes not only oneââ¬â¢s beliefs about the teaching and learning process but also concrete examples of the ways in which he or she enacts these beliefs in the classroom. A well-crafted teaching statement gives a clear and unique portrait of the author as a teacher. Ohio State Universitys Center for the Advancement of Teaching further explains that a teaching philosophy statement is important because a clear philosophy of teaching can lead to a change in teaching behavior and foster professional and personal growth. Examples of Teaching Philosophy Statements Sample 1 This passage is an example of a strong statement of teaching philosophy because it puts students where they belong in education: at the front and center of a teachers focus. An author who writes such as a statement is likely to continuously examine and verify this philosophyà by always ensuring that student needs are the primary focus of all lessons and schoolwork. My philosophy of education is that all children are unique and must have a stimulating educational environment where they can grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create this type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential. I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks. I believe that there are five essential elements that are conducive to learning. (1) The teachers role is to act as a guide. (2) Students must have access to hands-on activities. (3) Students should be able to have choices and let their curiosity direct their learning. (4) Students need the opportunity to practice skills in a safe environment. (5) Technology must be incorporated into the school day. Sample 2 The following statement is a good example of a teaching philosophy because the author emphasizes that all classrooms, and indeed all students, are unique and have specific learning needs and styles. A teacher with such a philosophy is likely to ensure that she spends time helping each student achieve her highest potential. I believe that all children are unique and have something special that they can bring to their own education.à I will assist my students to express themselves and accept themselves for who they are, as well embrace the differences of others. Every classroom has its own unique community; my role as the teacher will be to assist each child in developing their own potential and learning styles. I will present a curriculum that will incorporate each different learning style, as well as make the content relevant to the students lives. I will incorporate hands-on learning, cooperative learning, projects, themes, and individual work that engage and activate students learning.à Sample 3 This statement provides a solid example because the author emphasizes the moral objective of teaching: that she will hold each student to the highest expectations and ensure that each one is diligent in her studies. Implied in this statement is that the teacher will not give up on even a single recalcitrant student. I believe that a teacher is morally obligated to enter the classroom with only the highest of expectations for each and every one of her students. Thus, the teacher maximizes the positive benefits that naturally come along with any self-fulfilling prophecy. With dedication, perseverance, and hard work, her students will rise to the occasion. I aim to bring an open mind, a positive attitude, and high expectations to the classroom each day. I believe that I owe it to my students, as well as the community, to bring consistency, diligence, and warmth to my job in the hope that I can ultimately inspire and encourage such traits in the children as well. Sample 4 The following statement takes a slightly different tack: Classrooms should be warm and caring communities. Unlike the previous statements, this one minimizes the individuality of students and emphasizes that, essentially, it take a village to foster truly community-based learning. All teaching strategies then, such as morning meetings and community problem solving, follow this philosophy. I believe that a classroom should be a safe, caring community where children are free to speak their mind and blossom and grow. I will use strategies to ensure our classroom community will flourish, like the morning meeting, positive vs. negative discipline, classroom jobs, and problem-solving skills. Teaching is a process of learning from your students, colleagues, parents, and the community. This is a lifelong process where you learn new strategies, new ideas, and new philosophies. Over time, my educational philosophy may change, and thats okay. That just means that I have grown and learned new things. Components of a Teaching Philosophy Statement A teaching philosophy statement should include an introduction, body, and conclusion- just as you would expect of your students if they were writing a paper. But there are specific components that you need to include in any such statement: Introduction: This should be your thesis statement where you discuss your general belief about education (such as: I believe all students have a right to learn) as well as your ideals in relation to teaching. You should begin with the end, says James M. Lang in an Aug. 29, 2010, article titled, 4 Steps to a Memorable Teaching Philosophy published in The Chronicle of Higher Education. Lang says you should consider what the students will have learned once they depart your class, after having been guided by your teaching philosophy and strategies. Body: ââ¬â¹In this part of the statement, discuss what you see as the ideal classroom environment and how it makes you a better teacher, addresses student needs, and facilitates parent/child interactions. Discuss howà you would facilitate age-appropriate learning,à and how youà involve students inà the assessment process. Explain how you would put your educational ââ¬â¹Ã¢â¬â¹idealsà into practice. Lang says that you should clearly state your goals and objectives for students. Layout specifically what you hope your teaching will help students to accomplish. Be specific by telling a story or offering a detailed description of an innovative or interesting teaching strategy you have used, says Lang. Doing so, helps your reader understand how your teaching philosophy would play out in the classroom. Conclusion: In this section, talk about your goals as a teacher, how you have been able to meet them in the past, and how you can build on these to meet future challenges.à Focus on your personal approach to pedagogy and classroom management, as well as what makes you unique as an educator, and how you wish to advance your career to further support education. Lang notes that, while you dont need to use official citation style, you should cite your sources. Explain where your teaching philosophy originated- for example, from your experiences as an undergraduate, from a faculty mentor you worked with during your teacher-training program, or perhaps from books or articles on teaching that had a particular influence on you. Formatting Your Statement In addition to considering the type of teaching philosophy to write, Ohio State University offers some general formatting suggestions. The Ohio State University Center for the Advancement of Teaching states: Statement Format There is no required content or set format.à There is no right or wrong way to write a philosophy statement, which is why it is so challenging for most people to write one. You may decide to write in prose, use famous quotes, create visuals, use a question/answer format, etc. There are, however, some general rules to follow when writing a teaching philosophy statement, says the universitys teacher-training department: Keep it brief. The statement should be no more than one to two pages, according to the Ohio State University Center for the Advancement of Teaching. Use present tense, and write the statement in the first person, as the previous examples illustrate. Avoid jargon. Use common, everyday language, not technical terms, the university advises. Create a vivid portrait that includes strategies and methods ... (to help) your reader take a mental peek into your classroom, adds the Ohio State University Center for the Advancement of Teaching. Additionally, make sure you talk about yourà experiences andà yourà beliefs and ensure your statement is original and truly describes the methods and philosophy you would employ in teaching, the university adds.

Work Place Safety - Essay Example Therefore, human resource personnel together with the management ought to formulate and implement action plans to help address these issues. This paper explicates workplace safety issues in healthcare, and specific HR role in assuring safety. This paper further focuses on safety issues unique to healthcare, how HR enters into safety issues with their clinicians, and case studies of hospitals that have successful safety projects. Improving workplace safety in health care organizations has been a global challenge affecting both industrialized and third world countries. Each and every aspect of health could potentially put the safety of health providers and their clients at risk. For instance, the fact that health care providers deal with patients who sometimes present themselves with communicable disease means that they have a higher risk of acquiring the infections. According to the United States Department of Labor (2010), 653,000 incidents relating to harm or occupational diseases were account in 2010. These incidents in healthcare were higher when compared to other areas of the economy. In an effort to reduce these incidents, HR ought to work hand in hand with clinicians. Before explicating HR issues relating to workplace safety, it is important to define safety and workplace safety in the context of healthcare. A definition of safety cited by Hughes and Ferrett (2010, p. 2) denote safety as "The protection of people from physical injury". Economic cooperation Essay Example for Free
Economic cooperation Essay Talks on economic cooperation between China and the US ended with a ââ¬Å"broad agreement on separate strategiesâ⬠to help their economies recover. The US agreed on inducing fiscal discipline from the personal until the federal level and China, to bolster domestic spending. The talks also resolved to cooperate in combating climate change by shifting to low-carbon economies as they progress and reinforce their current economic standing. The talks will make the political process focus on the economic strain and fiscal constraints as a new strategy to revive the economy for the US, and increasing government spending and relying less on foreign demand for China. Of course, these strategies could go under fire from some political opposition and criticism, but the backing of a foreign agreement could bolster support for both agreed positions for economic recovery both from the government and the grassroots. Policies and ordinances could be prompted to be enacted to follow through with the agreement with China and vice versa. Campaigns on the tightening of belts from the organizational to the individual level can be expected from the government. NGOs and other organizations can strongly advocate for these policies or criticize them either way. This agreement can make the government and the citizens work hand in hand to create a political environment where cooperation is paramount to dig the countries out of their financial pothole. The general direction of the talks, however is geared more toward the affirmation that a change in spending habits by the government, by the individual and by the organization should be limited and focus more on saving. Many would go toward this direction as the difficulties of the economic meltdown touch many people, forcing them to go for bargains if they canââ¬â¢t afford not to spend. China, on the other hand can be seen to use the same approach the US used during the financial difficulties in the 1950ââ¬â¢s. http://edition. cnn. com/2009/POLITICS/07/28/china. stimulus/index. html? iref=newssearch U. Christianity and The Promotion of Slavery Essay examples -- Social Stu
One of the strongest roots of slavery and racism in the United States came from the Christian belief that blackness was linked with evil. This notion was used as moral justification to capture, enslave, punish, mutilate, and otherwise just inhumanely treat darker-skinned African people. Even before the colonies had been well established, It was widely accepted in Christianity that blackness and black skin were evil. One root cause behind the mating of blackness with evil was the bubonic plague in Europe in the 14th century. The bubonic plague was a deadly epidemic which killed between thirty and fifty percent of Europe's population (close to seventy-five million people). The bubonic plague, because it wiped out at least a third of Europe's population, had very deep and lasting impacts on the course of history. When infected victims were very close to death, their skin would blacken as a result of hemorrhages, or blood clots. At this point, there was no hope for the victim . Hence the bubonic plague came to be known as the black death. It is also important to note that these were the middle ages, and people in this period suffered through frequent outbreaks of famine, disease, war, and generally economic hard times. Society was also not very progressive, and people lived in constant fear of God. The churches played a very large role in that 'dark' society and in time, the bubonic plague left an i ndelible mark on Christianity: black was evil and signified hunger, suffering, disease, hard times, and death. The second major contributor to the notion that blackness was evil had to do with the constant strife between western European Christian nations and the people of the middle east, typically Muslim in faith: "One of the defini... ... free...and baptism doth not bestow freedom on him, nor make any alteration in his temporal condition...we are also of the opinion, the master may legally compel him to return to the plantation ". Later revised versions of this philosophy which led to the fugitive slave clause in the constitution of the United States left out part about baptism, but it is important to note that their origins mentioned baptism. This is a prime instance of religious beliefs working their way into the law books regarding slavery. Works Cited "Black Death." Middle-ages.org.uk. Web. 18 May 2012. . Hood, Robert E. Of Mice and Men Character Analysis Essay
Show how Steinbeck shows two characters making difficult decisions in Of mice and Men A decision can either have a good or bad outcome. In ââ¬ËOf Mice and Menââ¬â¢ characters are made to take difficult decisions which could change their lives. In this essay, I will be analyzing ways in which Steinbeck portrays (shows) difficult decisions made by characters, in the novel. George makes some tough decisions which all lead him to his misery. When George and Lennie are sitting near the fire, George says to Lennie, ââ¬Å"ââ¬Ëif I was alone I could live so easyââ¬â¢ ââ¬Ëno mess at allââ¬â¢, ââ¬ËAnââ¬â¢ whatta I gotâ⬠¦I got you!ââ¬â¢ â⬠Georgeââ¬â¢s life is not easy because he has to deal with Lennie, who gets into trouble-most of the time. Choosing to take care of Lennie, instead of abandoning him is a tough choice; this is what leads George to this painful outcome. When talking to Carlson after killing Lennie, ââ¬Å"Georgeââ¬â¢s voice was almost a whisper. How male/female relationships are portrayed in Macbeth and...
Male/female relationships are portrayed differently in the poems ââ¬ËPorphyriaââ¬â¢s Loverââ¬â¢, ââ¬ËHavishamââ¬â¢, ââ¬ËCousin Kateââ¬â¢ and the play ââ¬ËMacbethââ¬â¢. They all surround the themes of love, hate, jealousy, betrayal, guilt and obsession. However, the love versus hate theme is most dominant because all of the poems and the play have a melancholy mood, showing how the key characters have been hurt by love through their relationships and how afterwards, the way they feel has also been affected. Shakespeareââ¬â¢s characters Macbeth and Lady Macbeth are initially united by their mutual ambition for power and their relationship is strong. However, over time, they become haunted by the brutal deeds that they have carried out to achieve their aims. She says she will do anything for Macbeth, and challenges him to do the same for her by murdering Duncan, against his will. In Act 3 Scene 2, after Macbeth has been crowned King of Scotland following the murder of Duncan, Lady Macbeth is no longer portrayed as powerful and dominant. Instead, Macbeth is now in control in their relationship. Lady Macbeth says to one of her servants, ââ¬Å"Say to the king, I would attend his leisure for a few words,â⬠instead of approaching him directly, suggesting that they are becoming more distant from each other. This shows the audience that Lady Macbeth recognises Macbethââ¬â¢s power as king and is conscious that she should be more reverent towards him. In this scene, Lady Macbeth behaves less aggressively and more sensitively towards Macbethââ¬â¢s feelings, like a traditional Jacobean wife would towards her husband. She says, ââ¬Å"Gentle my lord, sleek oer your rugged looks; be bright and jovial among your guests to-night.â⬠From this quote the audience can see that she is trying to calm and soothe Macbeth, suggesting that she feels guilty about convincing him to kill Duncan. She is shown as being quite caring, the opposite of her earlier personality. This makes the audience believe that although she was has been a very strong character, she is able to adjust the way she behaves according to the situation she is in, in this case Macbeth starting toShow MoreRelatedThe Evolution of the Role of Women in British and American Literature1808 Words à |à 8 Pagesas inferior to men, but as time has progressed the idealistic views of how women perceive themselves has changed. Why Religion is Still such a Strong Force in Contemporary...
Todayââ¬â¢s world was not one that was theorised to happen. It was believed that over time, there would be a decline in religion. It seems though that the opposite has happened. Religion is now on the rise in both Western and Eastern countries. It can be said that Religion is still very strong force in todayââ¬â¢s society (Landmark Digital Limited 2005). This essay will respond to the question of why Religion is still such a strong force in contemporary society. The essay will look at the idea of modernity and fundamentalism and then present three arguments to why religion is still such a force despite theorist claiming that secularisation would rid the world of religion. These arguments are; firstly, globalisation has caused a uprising of fundamentalism due to the clash of civilisations, secondly, people seek the security religion gives them when the state fails to do so and, thirdly, in the western world, people still seek out religion due to the feeling of ââ¬Ëemptinessâ â¬â¢ the lifestyle of the West has given them. Modernity was proposed by many sociologist such as Marx and Weber and it stated that over time as the world became more modernised and scientific advancements occurred, a decline in religion would occur in society and the mind of the individual (Kobez-Halvarson 2004). This is what was called the secularisation thesis. Secularisation is the detachment of the state from religious foundations (secularization 2009). Globalisation allowed this idea to infiltrate all corners orShow MoreRelatedReligion Is A Social Institution Essay1378 Words à |à 6 PagesReligion is a social institution dedicated to establishing a shared sense of identity, encouraging social integration, and offering believers a sense of meaning and purpose. Homophobia is an immense issue in todays society, but especially in America. The completely irrational prejudices against the community of this country is on the rise. Persian Women Rights Essay Example For Students
Persian Women Rights Essay Organized and Institutionalized Sexual Exploitation and Violence The Press Law and Women Bill was ratified into law on the 13th of August 1998 in Iran; it is the Fifth Amendment of Article 6 of the press law. The bill states that, commercial use of womens image and texts declaring womens issues, humiliation, insult, propagation of formality, use of ornaments, and defending womens beyond the bounds of legal and religious law is forbidden. Violators of the law will be punished with lashes and imprisonment, as well as losing their publication license. Consequences of Press Law and Women Bill include: According to this amendment, supporting or defending the rights of women in any publication is strictly banned because it is believed that such arguments create more contention and adversity between men and women. However, men are excluded from the above law. This encourages a culture of male chauvinism. The ratification of this bill does not allow any criticism advocacy, in the press, of the laws governing womens rights. This bill will ban all female images, texts, or arguments for modification of the existing law. Therefore, womens issues are completely invisible in the media. This bill will create conflicts between the clerical community and the press because the law has never defined commercial use of womens image and text. Therefore, the subject is completely left at personal interpretation and judgment. Because of the fanatic nature of Islamic rulers, this amendment means complete elimination of women from public media. Married Iranian women require their husbands permission to apply for a passport, according to Article 18 of the passport law. In case of an emergency or absence of the husband, the public prosecutors office can issue the permit within 3 days from the date of the application. Islamic government does not recognize the divorces and the marriages administered in foreign countries unless they are endorsed by Iranian embassies, consulates, or the rituals are repeated in Iran. The consequences are: If an Iranian married couple immigrate to a foreign country and divorce according to the laws of that country, the divorce is not legitimate for the woman. The process must be repeated in the Islamic embassy or the consulate. If each of the spouses remarries separately after the divorce in the overseas country and travels to Iran, the wife could be arrested and tried for committing adultery. The punishment for adultery is burying the woman in the ground and stoning her to death. However, this does not apply to the man. By law, the man is not in marriage violation. If a couple have children, and the court granted custody of the children to the mother, if they traveled to Iran, the husband could take the children away from his ex-wife because husband is the sole custodian for the children. No custody privilege is granted to women under any circumstance. If a couple divorce in a foreign country and then travel to Iran to finalize their divorce proceeding, the divorce process for the woman might take years because the consent of the husband is always necessary to finalize the divorce. The husband may go ahead and marry another woman while his case is pending with the first wife. Under laws imposed after the 1979 revolution, women: Must cover all parts of their bodies (including their hair) except for the face and hands, with loose-fitting garments. Unrelated couples are not allowed to socialize at all. The penalties for violating these rules, imposed in the name of preventing social vice, vary from simple reprimands to lashes and payment of fines, and even execution by stoning in the case of illicit sexual relationships. The Iranian Human Rights Working Group (IHRWG) maintains that these laws are in violation of Article 18 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), to which Iran is a signatory. .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 , .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .postImageUrl , .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .centered-text-area { min-height: 80px; position: relative; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 , .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:hover , .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:visited , .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:active { border:0!important; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .clearfix:after { content: ""; display: table; clear: both; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 { display: block; transition: background-color 250ms; webkit-transition: background-color 250ms; width: 100%; opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #95A5A6; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:active , .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:hover { opacity: 1; transition: opacity 250ms; webkit-transition: opacity 250ms; background-color: #2C3E50; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .centered-text-area { width: 100%; position: relative ; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .ctaText { border-bottom: 0 solid #fff; color: #2980B9; font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; margin: 0; padding: 0; text-decoration: underline; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .postTitle { color: #FFFFFF; font-size: 16px; font-weight: 600; margin: 0; padding: 0; width: 100%; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .ctaButton { background-color: #7F8C8D!important; color: #2980B9; border: none; border-radius: 3px; box-shadow: none; font-size: 14px; font-weight: bold; line-height: 26px; moz-border-radius: 3px; text-align: center; text-decoration: none; text-shadow: none; width: 80px; min-height: 80px; background: url(https://artscolumbia.org/wp-content/plugins/intelly-related-posts/assets/images/simple-arrow.png)no-repeat; position: absolute; right: 0; top: 0; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:hover .ctaButton { background-color: #34495E!important; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .centered-text { display: table; height: 80px; padding-left : 18px; top: 0; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3 .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3-content { display: table-cell; margin: 0; padding: 0; padding-right: 108px; position: relative; vertical-align: middle; width: 100%; } .u4dff15070a44bdc1b095923b771047f3:after { content: ""; display: block; clear: both; } READ: Teen suicide Essay On May 18, 1998, some 20 women and girls were arrested by the Iranian police in Tehran for socializing with unrelated men or failing to observe the strict dress code that is mandated for women. Continuous Improvement Quality And Employee Safety â⬠Free Samples
Question: Discuss about the Continuous Improvement Quality And Employee Safety. Answer: Introduction The need for quality and employee safety is inherent necessity for any organisation. Errors are caused by system failure and hence it is important to implement different types of process-improvement approaches to understand inefficiencies plaguing the project and impacting on system performances. Specific techniques aiming at identifying performance and improve change or managing change is necessity in this case study on Latino Engineering. In this essay a thorough discussion on different strategies as well as techniques and tools for quality improvement have been discussed in detail (Richardson, 2010). The essay hence focuses on root cause analysis to identify the reason behind such crisis and complaint on product quality which further have been used to improve the quality and safety of the engineering firm. It has been hence recommended here that considering quality management approach shall help in improving product quality and overall business management in the next three months. Body After studying the respective case study on Latino Engineering it is evident that the company performed impressively for several years. The company was enriched with about 300 employees who worked jointly to offer finest quality products and clients were satisfied for past 30 years. However, when the owner left the company and attracted fresh investment when he retired, several employees left while the new investors managed to retain most of the workforce. However, as the seniors left the organisation, the companys performance deteriorated with time, and soon within just 12 months time clients begun complaining about the product quality and on defective engineering equipment. Several other issues cropped up, such as poor customer management, application and use of wrong engineering equipment, wrong products delivered to clients and so on. In short, the performance quality deteriorated immensely and client dissatisfaction soared (Nair, 2011). In order to overcome the situation the following quality management approach has been suggested for reviving the brand and reconnecting with clientele to enhance profitability and sustainability in the respective market. Implementation of quality management approaches not only helps in improving adaptability of the business to the changes taking place within the business, such as the change in management, here in Latino Engineering the shift in ownership from single proprietorship to investment company has impacted on overall employee performance. Total Quality Management approach has been selected for enhancing the companys performance in the coming three months as TQM is a process that aims at leading to achieve continuous improvement of performance of the company while considering the expectations and meeting the need of stakeholders. Therefore in order to sustain in the growing competition in the respective industry vertical the company should produce quality products and satisfy the various needs of the clients and revive the brand image by improving products and services (Oakland, 2014). TQM process helps in improving the quality by offering a defined guideline for managing the quality of the p roduct. It is a unique system which comprise of key components like leadership, teamwork, scientific approach towards solving the problem and also incorporation of effective techniques to meet the expectations of the internal and external customer. The strategy is to adopt new management system and enhance productivity, adapt to the changes taking place in the company and ensure absolute client satisfaction. TQM in theory and practice: TQM is also an important tool that provides direction to an organisation towards improvement of the product quality. The leadership helps in developing the plan and guiding the company through various challenges it is facing. The Total Quality Management approach therefore helps in streamlining and planning employees contribution in a systematic way to ensure growth, sustenance and profitability. Hence, since most of the senior employees have left the company Latino Engineering, the top managers who are functioning at the leading position should be guided accordingly so that they successfully manage employees and ensure client satisfaction through implementation of effective leadership skill (Brue, 2009). When top managers offer adequate guidance the employees follow the instruction and meet the desired quality as expected by the clients. Five Dimensions of Total Quality Management: There are five key dimensions in total quality management and these are directly linked with the service delivering aspect of the business and linked with the external body that helps in proper service delivery to the client. This approach is based on the classical theory of the Total Quality Management and it further confirms that services will be improved and excellent quality services shall be offered to the service receiver from the service provider. Client satisfaction will be hence achieved in a defined way (Desai, 2010). The second dimension in TQM however details on the internal aspect of the business and emphasises on understanding the internal behaviour of the employees. It is here a thorough analysis is conducted to understand how the employees behave with the top management under the principles of the Total Quality Management (Gygi, Williams and DeCarlo, 2010). The evaluation could be properly understood by explaining the process in a step- by-step basis. It is therefore based on this dimension that an individual focuses on improvement on performance and he is willing to reach the next level by delivering impressive performance through commitment towards the target audience. It is therefore not always possible to adhere to the dimensions of TQM and meet the expectations of the client and the top management. The third dimension of Total Quality Management is about ways in which the top management recognises the internal stakeholders and how they behave with employees in order to maintain absolute harmony. This dimension involves special features like employee training and empowerment of the juniors (Shaffie and Shahbazi, 2012). It is here the various techniques of employee management are mentioned in a distinct way. Such as ways of encouraging employees and how to involve them in taking responsibility and improve their knowledge and skill set that improves overall performance of the company. In this practice the entire team is expected to participate and various activities like brainstorming and feedback helps in improving performance through motivation. Effective implementation of the dimension also leads to creation and development of a harmonious environment among employees and ensures seamless delivery of services and maximum client satisfaction (Boaden, 2007). In the fourth dimension of TQM the relationship between the members are discussed, for instance it discusses the horizontal relationship among the employees and is often known as parallel connection within staff or between two staff members of the company where the principle of TQM could be applied for improvement (Kanji, 2014). The fifth dimension however discusses about the relationship between the supplier and the entire process of total quality management that has been decided for implementation through apt collaboration of activities (Bisgaard, 2010). In this particular situation on Latino Engineering implementation of the fifth dimension of TQM demands special attention and also a formal system so that specific approaches could be implemented. Five dimensions are important and should be implemented to ensure sustenance. As far as the new plan for implementation of Total Quality management is concerned, the implementation of specific dimension and adherence to nurturing apt horizontal relationship within the particular organisation will aim at providing sustainable growth and earn high profit and meet growth option by offering client satisfaction. Deployment of talented employees and maintain consistency in offering quality services will help in reviving the brand image. Thus since senior staffs members have left the company, it is essential to hire experienced and productive task force in the management level so as to achieve adequate guidance in performance management and improvement in overall performance (Prashar, 2014). TQM has developed as a response from the successful companies to achieve rapid growth and sustenance amidst changing environment. Over the years clients needs have changed drastically and it is difficult for companies to understand the exact nature of customer need or the reason behind dissatisfaction as in the case of Latino Engineering. Thus to overcome the issue implementation of TQM approaches are likely to bring benefits as it helps in identifying the key requirements of the client that has impacted on overall performance of the brand. The systematic development of approaches under the guidance of TQM thus helps in taking right decision and ensures client satisfaction. According to (Garcia, 2009) Total Quality Management approaches should be customer oriented as it begins and ends with consumer and takes initiative to meet customer expectation. The key aim of TQM lies in creating value for customers through continuous improvement and quality advancement. Successful implementatio n of TQM in Latino Engineering will not only improve product quality, but also emphasises on enhancing the quality of services. Thus besides considering the five main dimensions of TQM, performance measurement is also essential (Gitlow, 2008). According to the TQM principles the company should implement TQM and improve quality of the product and services in a defined way. It has been implemented in different sectors and has helped in improving performance of the organisation which in a way helped in achieving long-term success and customer satisfaction. According to Stevenson Total Quality in a business is a unique philosophy that will help in involving stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction through adequate quality (Lock, 2013). There are eight principles of Total Quality Management, namely; Customer focus Effective leadership Involving people Process driven approach Continuous improvement Factual decision making Process driven approaches, and Encouraging supplier relationship These principles jointly aim at ensuring quality of product and key responsibility is to ensure absolute satisfaction. For instance Latino Engineering was known for quality product and customers were happy till the entrepreneur was running the business. However with change in management the business experienced several threats and other problems. In the recovery plan it may be mentioned that, every individual should function accordingly and share responsibility in a defined way to ensure quality services. Thus after the change in the management structured approaches should be considered in the managing process and also quality checking approaches should be implemented at every stage (Kessler, 2011). In order to implement TQM which is influenced by W.E Deming and later by the Toyota Production System and Lean operations, in the principle of TQM that is to be implemented here in the case of Latino Engineering: Management commitment plan, deploy, check and review and then implement and act to achieve defined goals (Keller, 2011). Employee empowerment- training, measurement and recognition and team excellence Fact based decision making SOE, TOPS, 7 statistical tools Continuous improvement-excellence team, system measurement, improve standard Customer Focus- partnership with stakeholders, no compromise on quality and customer driven product Implementation of recovery plan: Continuous improvement by implementing TQM Since TQM is concerned with continuous improvement in work it is essential to focus on overall improvement to achieve desired result in next three months time. Improving overall process needs improvement in capability of production and performance. Unless quality product has been produced continuous improvement at various level is impossible (Kinicki and Williams, 2008). The central plan lies in primarily focusing on investing in technologies to improve overall performance, operation and capability of individual. The root cause of sudden failure in business could be hence identified by conducting internal audit at every level. System operation procedure or SOP will be implemented to understand the root cause of such a crisis that has suddenly impacted on the business. Once the causes are identified they could be eliminated so that repetition does nit takes place. Process implementation: As far as implementation of the TQM process in concerned people should understand and feel the need for change within the existing system. In this part the leader enters with a motive and aims at strategically intervene the situation and implements his new vision and other approaches to improve quality of the services. Identifying the need for change: primarily the Latino Engineering management and as aproject management consultant implementation of TQM and Six Sigma model is likely to help the company overcome the problems in next three months time. Six Sigma is a set of selected tools and chosen techniques that are implemented to improve overall quality of the project (Breyfogle, 2013). Six Sigma was introduced by Bill Smith and Mikel J Harry when they were working in Motorola. Six Sigma aims at removing key reasons for damaging the product quality or defects happening in products and also minimising problems in the production process so that quality output or end products could be achieved and client satisfaction may be received (Peris-Ortiz, A?lvarez-Garci?a and Rueda-Armengot, 2015). The Six Sigma model aims at taking specific steps to value target audience, reduce overall processing time, decreases overall project cost, enhance the level of customer satisfaction and also increase profit earni ng. This model identifies problems in customer need and Six Ms such as machine, measurement, material, manpower, method and Mother Nature are considered here to reduce existing problems in the system and eliminate them to improve customer satisfaction which reduce overall expenditure of the product development (Lock, 2013). Following the DMAIC model will help in eliminating the crisis in a short period of time. DMAIC Six Sigma model is a data driven application that is implemented to improve the production process. This is an important approach in the Six Sigma initiative and could be implemented for improvement and enhance the process performances. DMAIC- Define: defining the issue and identifying improvement opportunity and project goals to ensure customer satisfaction. Measure- measuring the performance of the process in a defined way (Garcia, 2009). Analyse- explore the entire process to identify the root cause of the problem and what is leading to poor performance Improve enhance the process performance by considering the key causes for problems and finally eliminating those issues. Control improve the quality of the process and ensure improvement in future endeavours. DMAIC model helps in improving project quality within a short while and ensures overall quality improvement in a defined way (Nicoletti, 2013). From the discussion of (Barry, Murcko and Brubaker, 2011) it has been studied that developed in auto industry in Japan TQM today is implemented in different sectors to ensure continuous quality improvement and reduce overall product development expenditure.Project management is an art and should be managed in a significant manner. People and stakeholders are an integral part ofproject management and demands involvement and adequate management within specific budget and ensuring fulfilment of customer expectation. Projects however share similar needs and key characteristics. The plan given in the appendix clearly highlights ways in which the project will be managed and implemented to overcome the crisis in three months time period (McCarty, 2013). Conclusion It could be hence inferred here thatproject management should be planned in a strategic way so that the principles and rules are properly followed and goals are achieved. The crisis could be easily overcome by implementing Total Quality Management Six Sigma and ensuring continuous improvement in the process of overall performance in production and client management. Adhering to the steps of Six Sigma will not only help in reconnecting with clients, but will further ensure that the project cost reduces and the brand successfully reconnects with the clients and revive the image in a defined way. Reconnecting with existing customers will soon help in improving overall business and attract new customers for growth and prosperity. Thus following the guideline will help in improving business in the coming trimester. References Barry, R., Murcko, A. and Brubaker, C. (2011).The six sigma book for healthcare.
